I have had my brows done by another artist. Can I still book an appointment with Brows by Rozie?

We welcome clients who have previously had their brows done by another artist. However, before booking an appointment, we request that you seek approval first. This is important because pre-existing brow work can affect the methods and techniques we use for optimal results.

To get approval, please send clear, up-close and full-face photos of your eyebrows along with your contact information to info@browsbyrozie.com. We will assess your current eyebrow condition and communicate the next steps. We are committed to providing personalized solutions that best suit your needs and existing brow structure.

What health and safety measures should I take into account before my appointment?

Prioritizing your health and the safety of others is crucial when preparing for your appointment at Brows by Rozie. Here are some essential guidelines:

– If you are sick, coughing, have difficulty breathing, have a fever, taking care of someone who is sick, are quarantined due to Covid-19 or are in a household with someone who has symptoms, please reschedule your appointment immediately.
– Absolutely no guests or children will be allowed at the appointment.
– Any blemishes, pimples, medical or skin conditions in the brow region will result in rescheduling. We cannot tattoo over that and risk you getting an infection. Please check a few days closer to the appointment. Rescheduling within 72 hours will result in forfeiting your deposit. No exceptions.

Please ensure to adhere strictly to these guidelines to facilitate a smooth and safe treatment experience.

How should I prepare for my treatment to ensure optimal results?

Proper preparation for your eyebrow treatment can significantly enhance the outcome and longevity of the results. Here are some essential guidelines to ensure your skin is in optimal condition for the procedure:

– Do not consume caffeine, coffee, alcohol or energizing drinks the day before and the day of treatment as it may result in increased bleeding and reduced effectiveness of the anesthetic.
– Avoid Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E or Ibuprofen 24 hours before treatment. Also, refrain from taking turmeric, oils, or omega-3 (fish oil) 1 week before treatment to reduce bleeding.
– Avoid tanning or intense sun exposure 5 days before treatment.
– Do not wax 2-3 days before treatment; we will shape and clean your eyebrows at the appointment.
– Refrain from chemical peels, dermabrasion, laser or any other intense treatments 2 weeks before treatment. No Botox 3 weeks prior.
– Shower and fix your hair as you need to take extra care not to get your brows wet for several days.
– Bring in photos and be prepared to tell us the kind of brows you want on a day-to-day basis. The more we know about you, the better we can deliver the results.

Following these steps will help ensure a smoother procedure and optimal results, allowing you to enjoy your new look with confidence.
